This add-on introduces a new hostile creature designed to keep players on edge at all times. Encounters are meant to feel sudden and intense, not scripted or avoidable.

Defeating it rewards you with its severed head, a cursed item that grants increased strength and speed. However, this power comes at a cost—your hunger drains rapidly while using it, making it a risky tool rather than a permanent advantage (only drop from pursuit mode).
