ORIGINS & CLASSIFICATION

•Subject Identification: Entity-626(Sistosis), Real Name "Seiya."

•Classification: Euclid [Hostile]

•Biological Status: Genetically engineered human-arachnid hybrid. Subject is biologically female, despite a misleadingly androgynous/masculine initial presentation.

 

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Entity-626 presents a grotesque and asymmetrical humanoid form. 

Primary ambulation is achieved via a set of four multi-jointed limbs extending from the upper shoulder, facilitating a spider-like gait. 

The subject's left leg has been surgically amputated at the mid-thigh. The right leg is severely bloated and enlarged, showing signs of chronic lymphatic filariasis or a similar, artificially induced condition. Both are non-functional.

Despite confirmed organic composition, standard ballistic weaponry has proven ineffective. The subject registers pain from impacts but lacks identifiable vital organs. The mechanism sustaining its life functions remains unknown.

 

BACKGROUND & CONTAINMENT HISTORY

Subject Sistosis was a victim of an illegal and unethical black-site experimentation program aimed at creating a viable human-arachnid hybrid. The procedures induced catastrophic systemic failure, enveloping the subject in a horrific, degenerative disease. Experiments continued despite the physical deterioration, culminating in the complete erosion of the subject's sanity.

The subject breached containment on [DATA EXPUNGED],  resulting in the termination of all involved scientific and medical personnel.

 

Subsequent field operations have transitioned through multiple objectives:

•Phase 1(Capture): Multiple attempted capture operations resulted in catastrophic failure and significant asset loss.

•Phase 2(Extermination): Operational mandate was escalated to extermination. All termination attempts to date have been unsuccessful. Standard-issue firearms are deemed useless.

 

Entity-626 is extremely aggressive and operates with a feral, yet patient, intelligence. It views humans exclusively as prey and exhibits persistent stalking behavior. Of particular note, Sistosis has been observed capable of identifying and relentlessly following individuals it has encountered from extreme distances, Engagement is to be avoided at all costs.

The primary method of attack. Subject utilizes razor-sharp dentition to bite and consume human flesh. Jaw strength and sharpness are sufficient to sever limbs.

The subject's body can stretch and contort widely, allowing for unpredictable and rapid movements. This makes close-quarters combat exceptionally dangerous.

A highly specialized and lethal attack. The subject will force its tongue into the oral cavity of victims. The tongue secretes a potent cytotoxic and neurotoxic venom that rapidly liquefies internal soft tissues, resulting in immediate, agonizing death.

 

Do not engage. Disengage and retreat if contact is made.

Avoid being in the subject's line of sight. Entity-626 possesses exceptionally keen eyesight, making stealth and evasion the primary survival tactics.

As conventional ballistics are ineffective, all personnel are advised to focus on evasion and reporting. Await the deployment of specialized units equipped with experimental countermeasures.
