Reduced Pumpkin Blur

This is Itsme64's reduced pumpkin blur texture

This texture reduces the blur that a pumpkin gives when you put it on.

There are a couple of situations this can be useful in, for example:

- general gameplay, making it easier to see.
- when you accidentally put a curse of binding pumpkin on in Minecraft hardcore, I know from experience that this is not fun.
- when fighting the ender dragon or just, in the end, raiding ships or something like that
- for farming endermen, without a proper farm and still being able to see a lot of what is happening around you.
- when you are collecting the beautiful, blue warped wood from the nether and don't want to get hit into the lava by an enderman.
