What is Sapling?
Sapling is an open-source suite of utilities and tools for Minecraft Bedrock, focused primarily on TMC. It enhances Quality of Life (QoL), optimizes performance, ensures parity, and offers a variety of engines, server-side and client-side features, and more!

Why Choose Sapling?
Sapling is built on our custom scripting API modules, giving us unmatched control over performance (Say goodbye to TPS drops!), scalability, support, and other key areas.
But what’s in it for users?
For players like you and me, Sapling delivers a broad array of features—from simple mechanics like TNT duplication to advanced engines like simulatedHSS, and much more!

We’d like to extend special thanks to the following projects for their inspiration and contributions:
- Gnembon and his Carpet Mod – for inspiring some of the core mechanics and functionalities in Sapling.
- Maruohon and his Tweakeroo mod – for ideas that helped shape user experience improvements.
- LeviLamina Team – for providing some particles that were adapted into Sapling.
- ForestOfLight – for inspiring the cauldron functions and related mechanics.
- Edition: Minecraft Bedrock
- File type: .mcpack or .mcaddon
- Minecraft versions listed: 1.21.50, 1.21.51, 1.21.41
- How to install: Download the .mcpack or .mcaddon file. → Open it — Minecraft imports it. → In your world: Behavior Packs → Available → Activate, then the same under Resource Packs.
- Where to get it: Opens on CurseForge — not every file is mirrored on our own servers.
Install steps are the general flow for this file type — How to install Minecraft Bedrock addons & mods walks through it step by step.
- Pack type: .mcpack — a single pack
- Manifest requires Minecraft 1.20.0 or newer
- Needs Beta APIs switched on in the world settings
- Complete pack — everything it depends on is inside the file
- Download size: 108 KB
- Download link checked 16 Sept 2026 — working
These come from our own check of the pack file, not from the source page.
