The infinite raw beef is a new item, gotten occasionally by killing a cow. When dropped, you can eat it, having the same stats as raw beef, with the added bonus of being infinite! Now, how do you get it to it's better form?
To get an infinite steak, you have to get an infinite raw beef, and put it into a smoker, where it will turn into infinite steak, Simple as that!
