True Hostile
This pack aims to increase difficulty in a smooth way, by enhancing hostile mobs capabilities, while not adding too much weird or exaggerated stuff.

True Hostile is a rebalancing of Minecraft Bedrock's hostile creatures. Designed for players who find the vanilla game too predictable, this addon transforms every night and every cave expedition into a genuine test of skill, but not being impossible to beat.
Unlike many other difficulty addons, True Hostile is built to be lightweight and compatible. It does not require experimental features and is 100% Achievement Compatible, allowing you to earn your Xbox/PSN/Nintendo trophies while facing a revamped challenge.
Core Features
1. Advanced Hunter AI
Monsters are no longer mindless drones. They are now apex predators:
- Radar Sense: Most mobs no longer need "line of sight" to find you. If you are within their range, they smell your presence.
- Extreme Detection: Detection ranges have been doubled.
- Infinite Stalking: With a 500-block follow range, mobs will chase you across entire biomes. Once they lock on, they won't stop until the job is done.
2. Enhanced Attributes
Survival requires better movement and higher rewards:
- Apex Speed: All hostile mobs received a +25% movement speed boost, making outrunning them a challenge.
- Better Rewards: To reward your bravery, all affected mobs drop 50% more Experience (XP).
3. Bio-Aura System (Group Synergy)
All hostile mobs now work together using unique Auras that support their allies or weaken the player. For example:
- Fire Shield (Blaze & Magma Cube): Grants Fire Resistance to nearby monsters.
- Shadow Cloak (Phantom & Zoglin): Turns surrounding monsters invisible for deadly ambushes.
- Necrotic Pulse (Witch & Skeleton): Regenerates health for nearby undead and monsters.
- War Cry (Vindicator & Wither Skeleton): Grants Strength to the surrounding horde.
- Chilling Wind (Stray & Vex): Inflicts Slowness on players within range.
- Insatiable Hunger (Zombie): Drains the player's hunger bar just by being near.
- And many more...
4. Elite Mobs (Rare Spawns)
Every time a mob spawns, there is a 10% chance it will be an Elite. Elite mobs have a special everlasting effect, being one of the below:
- Strength II, Speed II, Resistance II, or Absorption II.
5. Persistent Hostility
Nature is no longer forgiving. Certain neutral behaviors have been removed:
- Spiders & Cave Spiders: Always hostile, regardless of light levels.
- Zombified Piglins: They no longer wait to be hit. They are now permanent residents of the "Hostile" club and will hunt you on sight in the Nether.
Compatibility & Technical Info
