Queen Spider stands out due to her highly intelligent Artificial Intelligence (AI), which allows both her and her brood of minions to exhibit complex behaviors during battle. For instance, her minions can climb walls to reach players, while herself can seamlessly transition between ground and ceiling stances, creating unpredictable attack patterns and forcing players to constantly adapt their strategies. Hatchlings can regroup at the queen's call, intensifying the pressure during combat.

She boasts an extensive arsenal of skills, featuring 19 ground-based abilities and 2 ceiling-based ones, each accompanied by unique animations. These skills range from agile movements like climbing, web-spinning, and lunging, to offensive maneuvers such as venom attacks, stabs, bites, cocooning, and egg-laying. She even possesses distinct actions like a "hair puff," devouring, and fear-inducing abilities. While on the ceiling, Queen spider can still unleash venom and lay eggs, maintaining a threat from all directions. Her death state is further characterized by a special "heart" mechanic, adding a dramatic flair to the battle's conclusion.
