Nether Reactor Revived

This Minecraft Bedrock addon enables the classic Nether Reactor Core functionality from pocket edition <0.12.1. All 3 states of the Nether Reactor Core block exist as obtainable items that remain functional as reusable reactor cores or decoration. Gold block mining ability is preserved, and glowing obsidian + the active core variant can be obtained by carefully mining or moving the active core before the reaction ends (this also prevents the spire from being degraded).
