Keep your favorite baby mobs cute forever!
BabyTurt ensures that any entity named with a Name Tag while in its baby form will never grow up. The addon automatically tracks tagged entities, re-triggers their baby state at regular intervals, and adds heart or growth particles with sound effects when you tag or untag them.
- ✅ Works automatically on world load
- 💚 Use a Name Tag to make a baby mob stay a baby
- 🔄 Use an default empty Name Tag to revert them to normal growth
- 🎵 Includes fun particle and sound feedback
- ⚙️ Efficient and lightweight, no lag from large entity counts
How to use
Find a baby entity, then rename a nametag and name the baby. It will show a heart above its head and a sound will play. This means the baby is now tagged and will stay a baby.
To un-tag an entity simply interact with it using a default nametag, this will allow it to keep it's original name however it will be able to grow now. You should also see particles and a sound will play when un-tagging an entity.
