Classic Cheeses

Cheesy, cheesy, as it can be—some cheese for you and me! Introducing Classic Cheeses, a Minecraft addon that aims to add… you guessed it—CHEESE!

This addon expands on the idea of a brand-new food and material: cheese. Along with new items and blocks to work with in the game, it’s a simple addon packed with vanilla-like mechanics. Let’s go through a few, and you can explore the rest as you play!

How do you even get cheese in the first place? Simple. Take a milk bucket and place it in a cauldron.

You’ve got to wait for it to turn into Cheese, but if you wait a bit longer, it might turn into Aged Cheese. Once it has transitioned to Cheese or Aged Cheese, simply click the cauldron to collect it.

Cheese and Aged Cheese are the main items that most of the other items will branch off from. Here are some blocks and items you can craft with them:

Along with a new Cheese Armor Set:

And a new weapon, the Cheese on a Stick, which adds 2 hunger points to a player if hit with it.

Coated Foods are a new food type. These are basically vanilla foods with a fondue coating.

There is also the Cheese Sandwich and Grilled Cheese:

Grilled Cheese can sometimes give you 5 seconds of Regeneration.
