There is two versions of the structure the ruins version and the full version the mob Tower ruins has little to no loot then the main tower has lots of trial spawners and theres vaults on the top for trial keys you may get from the trial spawners. The main tower is 45 blocks tall with 10 floors the mobs are harder the higher you go. Both structures are as rare as a village. warning the towers will have far less loot if you don't have the (loot bag addon)
just make sure you get both addons also you need beta apis and upcoming creator features on here is a photo >
