Welcome to Time Steal!
In this intense, high-stakes multiplayer add-on, your life isn't measured by health hearts—it's measured by Time. Every player starts with exactly 24 Hours on their clock. Every second that passes in real-time drains one second from your life. If your timer hits 00:00:00, you are permanently eliminated and placed into Spectator Mode!
Surviving requires you to hunt, trade, and fight for more time. Will you be generous and share your time, or will you become a ruthless time-stealer?
⚙️ Core Gameplay Mechanics
-
The Ticking Clock: Time naturally decays by 1 second for every second you play. Your remaining time is always displayed dynamically on your Action Bar.
-
Color-Coded UI: Your timer changes color so you know exactly how much danger you are in (Green = Over 1 hour, Yellow = Under 1 hour, Red = Under 10 minutes).
-
Elimination: If your time runs out, you are out of the game! (Creative and Spectator mode players are exempt from time drain).
⚔️ Death & Stealing Time
-
PvP Kills: If you kill another player, you steal 30 minutes of their time!
-
Natural Deaths: If you die to a mob, fall damage, or the environment, you are penalized and lose 10 minutes.
🗡️ The Time Sword (timesteal:time_sword)
A custom weapon designed for time manipulation!
-
Passive Ability (On Hit): Every time you hit a player with the Time Sword, you instantly siphon 30 seconds of time from them and add it to your clock.
-
Active Ability (Interact/Right-Click): In a tight spot? Use the sword to sacrifice 5 minutes of your own time in exchange for a massive power surge, granting you Speed II and Regeneration II for 10 seconds.
