Sartura fixes the actual tps lag, not the actual lag caused by fps. It re-calculates the amount of ticks things take. For example, when you're placing a block it takes the original break time, recalculates everything, This ensures that the game feels smooth even if the TPS is very low so basically this is a permanent performance fixer instead of using 9+ add-ons to solve even 10% of the problem.
Now what's left is your device fps, your tps is no longer a problem, as for your fps, that's on you.
This doesn't magically bump your tps to 20, this add-on manipulates your entire game to match your OWN tps, tps stutters are typically caused by your device hardware not able to keep up. So this add-on makes the things AROUND YOU match your tps, for example instead of the zombie moving slowly, blocks breaking slow, now that everything matches your tps, your tps and game will always be lagless via this way.
