Player Submerge (Fishman)

This pack completely overhauls how the player interacts with water and air. Instead of drowning underwater, you now drown on land.

What changes:

• You can no longer breathe air. air exposure drains your oxygen bar. 
• You breathe freely underwater. 
• While submerged, you automatically receive Conduit Power. 
• 'Surfacing' removes the buff immediately

This is a behavior pack only. No textures are included; the player model remains unchanged.
