Magic 3

I've figured out how to make addons since last time

This mod adds 5 spell slots/containers. These can each hold 1 of 16 spells. While holding a container, you hold down (mobile) or right click (desktop) to activate the spell. Every spell has a different cooldown this time

The containers are crafted as follows:

The minerals/dye combos are:

• Redstone - Red
• Gold - Yellow
• Emerald - Green
• Lapis - Blue
• Amethyst - Magenta

The 13 spells are:

• Firebolt
  • minimum (1 tick) cooldown
  • Fires 3 fire charges in front of you
• Fireball
  • 1 second cooldown
  • Fires a ghast fireball in front of you
• Heal Self
  • 0.25 second cooldown
  • Heals 1 hp (0.5 hearts)
• Shield
  • 2 second cooldown
  • Blocks all entities from entering or exiting the 5 - radius shield
  • Lasts 4 seconds
• Thunderspell
  • 1 second cooldown
  • ignites blocks in a 3x3x3 cube and ignites the entity you're looking at
• Dark Mines
  • 0.25 second cooldown
  • Summons a landmine wherever you look that explodes whenever any player is within a block (doesn't destroy blocks)
• Dark Blast
  • 1 second cooldown
  • Deals 10 explosion damage (5 hearts) in a 1 block radius wherever you look
• Healing Beam
  • 0.25 second cooldown
  • Heals 1 health (0.5 hearts) to an entity you look at (with 1 block radius)
• Earth Spike
  • 2 second cooldown
  • Summons large dripstones wherever you look that grow large as they get further from the origin
  • launches any entities caught on the spikes into the air
• Teleport
  • 0.5 second cooldown
  • Moves you wherever you are looking
• Gust
  • 0.5 second cooldown
  • Creates an extra-large breeze wind burst wherever you are looking
• Shatter
  • 5 second cooldown
  • Reduces the durability of all armor pieces on an opponent
  • Only works for PvP because the minecraft bedrock scripting language makes zero sense in more ways than this
• Entrap
  • 0.5 second cooldown
  • Creates 7 cobwebs, 1 where you're looking and 6 on the adjacent sides
• Enhance
  • 5 second cooldown
  • Strength, speed, jump boost, and haste II
  • Other spells have halved cooldowns
  • Lasts for 5 seconds
• Grapple
  • 0.25 second cooldown
  • Pulls you towards the targeted location
  • Activate again to detach
  • Grappling to entities will cause the target location to move with the entitiy
• Leaf Walk
  • 5 second cooldown
  • Spawns a 3x3 platform of leaves below you which decay after 1 second
  • Looking down will create a hole in the platform to fall through slowly
  • Lasts for 5 seconds

Unlocking spells

To unlock spells you must craft their respective item and then hold down (mobile) or right click (desktop). The item will be indicated by a symbol on what looks like a banner pattern/scroll with the same name as the spell

X Item

Shuffling

X items can be crafted from an X shape of black dye

These can be stonecuttered to create shufflers, which when held down (mobile) or right clicked (desktop) will open a menu that allows you to select from containers in your inventory, and then select an unlocked spell

X blocks

Crafting 4 Xs together creates an X clump. Putting it into a stonecutter will allow you to make X blocks, Trimmed X blocks, Shiny X blocks, and Slippy X blocks.

• X blocks are insta-break
• Timmed X blocks are invulnerable to explosions
• Shiny X blocks are just an aesthetic change but can be smelted into Light X blocks
• Light X blocks look the same as Shiny X Blocks but emit a light level of 15
• Slippy X blocks have ice physics
