This add-on introduces a completely new survival mechanic where your health changes randomly every 30 seconds.
At any moment, you could go from full health to just a single heart. This makes survival extremely unpredictable and forces you to stay alert at all times.
Whether you're fighting mobs, exploring caves or building your base, your health can suddenly change — turning safe situations into dangerous ones instantly.
