This is a custom Survival world with Achievements enabled. You will get fully built big starter house. In which You will see a lot of stuff like bed, crafting tables, furnace, etc. But The house is not the only thing. You will also see a Savana Village Next to the House, It's unlooted and believe me there's some really good loot in there. Then there's also nether portal in middle of the village. Not Only this, There's also a water source (river) nearby. Then two more biomes: taiga and Snow are attached to the Savana Biome.
So There will Plains, Savana, Snow and Taiga (there will be more, I propbably didn't explore in the front side of the house) and Between all these biome, You have your house built! So go and enjoy survival journey.
