HeartSteal is a hardcore survival addon for Minecraft Bedrock that adds a custom heart system. Players lose maximum hearts when they die and can regain them by eating golden apples. The addon also includes a fully customizable settings menu where you can change the maximum hearts, minimum hearts, death penalties, and heart recovery values.
