I don't know my version
Open Minecraft and look at the bottom-left corner of the main screen — the version is printed there, like v1.26.30.
The game writes a 1. in front; the buttons above leave it off. v1.26.30 in the game is 26.30 here.

If you are a bit in to command on both Java and Bedrock you probably know that Java allows players to modifier signs with commands but Bedrock players for some reason don't. This addon makes it possible!
Useige
So it's pretty straight forward just type:
/edit <x y z> <text>
Just make sure to replace "x y z" with the actual coordinates and "text" well with your text
Installation
- Download the latest release for your Minecraft version from here.
- Open the
.mcpackor.mcaddonfile with Minecraft. - Create a new world OR edit an existing world
- Navigate to: Behavior packs.
- Click on "Available"
- Activate the Addon
