Bedrock port of the Scape and Run: Parasites addon. Adds disturbing parasite creatures that evolve and assimilate other mobs, creating a persistent and escalating threat.

Creatures
Buglin
Buglin appears in the overworld at night. Over about 2 minutes it grows and transforms into a Rupter.
Rupter
Rupter is the evolved form and can assimilate other mobs, spreading the parasite influence.
Assimilated Hosts
Rupter can assimilate common mobs and villagers, turning them into terrifying variants. These assimilated mobs are fast, strong, and explode on death to spawn more Buglin, continuing the cycle.

Behavior and Cycle
Assimilated mobs behave as dangerous villains: they're fast and strong. When they die they explode and spawn Buglin, which grow into Rupter, assimilate more mobs, and perpetuate the cycle.
Evolution
Assimilated mobs start transforming after killing 5 mobs, eventually turning into new forms.
Moving Flesh
After 4 Moving Flesh merge, they turn into new, dangerous mini bosses.
Primitive Mini bosses
Mini bosses have special abilities.
Long arm
Typical melee attack mob.
Reeker
Melee attack mob with a poison effect.
Manducator
Can be invisible for 30 seconds.
Yellow eye
Can fly and use ranged attacks.
Bolster
Can buff other mini bosses.
Summoner
Can summon three Rupters.
Weapons
Use the Living Scythe to fight them. Currently the Scythe is not craftable (not available by recipe in this beta) but is very strong and durable.
