This mod transforms your Minecraft world into a terrifying experience inspired by creepypasta lore. When you create a new world with this mod installed, nothing seems unusual at first — but as you explore, strange and unsettling events begin to unfold. Perfectly shaped crosses appear carved into the ground, red torches burn in isolated spots, and eerie signs are scattered throughout the terrain. Normal mobs start to spawn in unusually high numbers, creating a sense of danger and unease wherever you go.
What to expect
- Unsettling landmarks: perfect crosses carved into the ground, scattered eerie signs, and isolated red torches.
- Increased hostile spawns: mobs appear in higher-than-normal numbers to raise tension during exploration.
- A stalking entity: a silent, relentless figure that watches and follows from a distance, then engages the player up close.
- Unpredictable encounters: the entity may appear soon after world creation or only after many hours—every session can feel different.
- Deadly threat: when the figure closes in, it wields a diamond sword and will attempt to kill you, turning survival into a tense horror chase.
How it works
The mysterious figure typically lurks at a distance (about 70–90 blocks away), so you might need to explore several chunks before you first notice it. Its appearance isn't tied to a single trigger—timing is variable to keep encounters unpredictable. Atmospheric changes and the placement of creepy landmarks help build dread as you explore.
