• Added Spotted Animation — new crouched "spotted" stance when the Whistling Man notices a player.
• New Trigger Behavior — on trigger the entity now applies Blindness, plays maniac laughter, and assumes the crouched spotted stance.
• Blindness effect applied on trigger (improves horror gameplay).
• Note: This is a simple function implementation and not an advanced AI/pathfinding behavior (original AI was miswritten).
