He will spawn at night and if he spots you, then he will try to get closer and closer to you.
He can also spawn in caves, but he isn't as common there.
I don't want to spoil too much, because that will ruin the surprise.
When creating this mod, I really tried to focus on the sudden scare factor of the entity. I even got scared several times, and I made the darn thing.
Oh, and don't be a wimp about it either. No testing it out in creative, that's cheating!
