Configurable Mob Potion Effects Mod is a powerful server-side Minecraft mod that lets you assign custom potion effects to any mob-either permanently or when they deal damage.
Features:
- Give any mob a constant potion effect (e.g. speed, strength, invisibility).
- Configure mobs to inflict potion effects on players or other entities when they attack.
- The mod does nothing until configured-you have full control.
- Configuration System:
- Two config files:
permanenteffects.txt: Assign permanent effects to mobs.ondamageeffects.txt: Define effects mobs apply when damaging others.
- Located in
./config/configurablemobpotioneffects/ - Config files auto-generate with all available entities and effects set to level 0 by default.
- Use
/cmpe reloadto apply changes without restarting the game. - Examples:
- Make slimes super fast with Speed level 50.
- Let endermites inflict Levitation for 1 second on hit.
- Give zombies Speed 5 and Poison 2 on attack.
