Piglins were added to the game in the Nether update. They inhabit the Nether and only spawn there. These mobs are very special and you can trade golden ingots with them to get a lot of useful items in return. This includes items like ender pearls, obsidian and many other useful items. Piglin Names Mod is here to give each piglin an individual identity. And as the name suggests, it does so by giving random names to individual piglins. This is a fun little mod to have if you trade with piglins on a regular basis.
