Most ores in Minecraft generate in clusters. More common ores like coal can generate in clusters as large as 10-12 blocks, while the rarer ones, like diamond, can generate in clusters from 2-8. Therefore whenever you find an ore cluster in the game, chances are that you will have to break multiple blocks to collect them all. Ore Harvester Mod is here to make that process a lot faster and more convenient. This mod makes it so that mining one ore block in a cluster while crouching will break the entire cluster all at once. Ores from all of the blocks will be dropped at the location of the block you break. One ore block has to be adjacent to any of the blocks being broken, in order for it to be considered a part of the chain. Diagonally connected blocks are also broken, as long as it’s visible with an air block. When ores are mined using pickaxes with enchantments like Silk Touch and Fortune, the effects of the enchantment will be reflected on all blocks being mined.
