Crying Ghasts Mod (26.2, 1.20.1) – Passive Ghast Tear Drops

Crying Ghasts Mod is a minimalistic mod which makes ghasts drop their tears periodically when a player is close, giving the ability to farm them sustainably. This mod is part of The Vanilla Experience.

Features:

• Ghasts will occasionally cry and drop ghast tears when a player is within range.
• You can collect tears without fighting, making it ideal for peaceful or resource-focused gameplay.
• Encourages farming tears by proximity rather than hunting mobs.
• Configurable Settings:
  • maxDistanceToGhastBlocks: Set how close players must be for ghasts to start crying (default = 32 blocks).
  • ghastTearDelayTicks: Adjust the delay between tear drops (default = 1200 ticks = 60 seconds).
  • Fully tweakable via config files for balance and customization.
