Fraction Shaders is an old shaderpack created by zombye, this version is no longer being developed and has been replaced by a new shaderpack called Spectrum Shaders. It does not have a water shader but who supported normal mapping and at the very least smooth reflections (even if it’s just the sky and/or sun/moon).
