Different seal levels (1-3) collect varying amounts of emeralds and produce different effects. Level 1 collects 1 emerald and grants village hero effect. Level 2 collects 2 emeralds. Level 3 collects 3 emeralds but poisons the villager and spawns a Rebel. Features a Verifier block and a Villager Chief for tax management within a 64-block radius.
