Soul Witch Boss mod adds haunting content. Ghosts: spawn in forests at night, apply weakness, phase through walls, drop Ectoplasm. Ectoplasm Eyes: grant invisibility, speed, and slow falling but launch player high. Deafening Whistle: slows enemies. Phantom Blocks: require Silk Touch to break. Wrath Bait: collects souls for spawning Soul Witch. Soul Witch Boss: health 400, immune to most damage, many abilities including cloning, teleporting, summoning minions, and shooting projectiles. Drops enchanted books and one of 3 unique weapons: Soul Scepter (summons spirits), Soul Crusher (drains mobs, grants invisibility), Soul Tome (shoots sound or fireballs). Requires experimental options.
