When mining materials in caves or exploring dark areas, you often have to go into complete darkness to place a torch and light up the space. Unfortunately, the player is always limited by the torch placement radius, which often leads to careless deaths. To solve this problem, you can use the Throwable Torches mod, which adds throwable torches to Minecraft. Now you can simply throw a torch and it will be placed where it lands. Don't worry - such torches won't cost you anything - just mine regular torches. If you throw on a half-block or flower, the torch will break the block and stand in its place. If you throw in the air, the torch will drop.
