True Survival - Rise of the Lycans features werewolf transformation by pressing jump and crouch simultaneously. Transformations last 4 minutes, granting speed IV, strength III, jump boost IV, night vision, and regeneration. After transformation ends, you become exhausted with slowness and hunger effects lasting 2 minutes. Sleep recovers these effects. Dying as a werewolf reverts you to human form. Your inventory disappears during transformation, and you must hunt animals for food. Werewolf hunters will pursue you. Requires Experimental Options enabled.
