So this is a player to player trading, player to player gifting, you can friend them, unfriend them, block them ,ect.
To activate the menu when long pressing another player, You sneak then long press the other player and the menu will pop up, the menu will only pop up if you are a long pressing another player and sneaking.
You can also open up a personal menu via sneaking then hitting the jump button then the personal menu will pop up.
Admin features will pop up in both menus if you have the admin tag

Also you can trade with a friend without being in front of them across dimensions also.
When you open up your personal menu you'll see your function that says online friend actions
