Ultimate Mob Power Heads transforms your Minecraft experience by allowing players to collect and wear mob heads that grant extraordinary powers. When a player defeats a mob, there's a chance the mob will drop its head. Wearing these special heads grants the player both active abilities (triggered by right-clicking) and passive abilities (always active while wearing).

- Equip the Head: Place the power head in your helmet armor slot.
- Right-Click Action: Use right-click (either in air or on a block) to activate the ability.
- Cooldown Period: After using an ability, it enters a cooldown period before it can be used again.
- Activation Feedback: Players receive visual and sound effects confirmation when abilities are used.
- Each ability has a configurable cooldown time (set in config.yml).
- Players receive clear feedback when an ability is on cooldown.
- Cooldowns are tracked per player and per ability.
- Administrators can adjust cooldowns to balance gameplay.

- Download the xPowerHeads.jar.
- Place the JAR file in your server's plugins folder.
- Restart your server.
- Configure the plugin by editing the plugins/xPowerHeads/config.yml file.
- Reload the plugin with /powerheads reload or restart the server.
