More Immersive Player Death

A simple addon that makes death more immersive by deafening and covering dead player's screens. 

Good for apocalypse servers that don't want to give away a player's position on death because somebody stayed on the death screen too long.

-Does not use player.json

-Should be compatible with any addon

-HUD addons may overlap the black screen

-Addon enables the Immediate Respawn gamerule to keep the overlay from going away when you don't click "respawn" or "quit"

No second chances, just a dark and noiseless blip before you respawn.
