Remove duplicate items and entities with the goal of integrating both Alex's Mobs and Naturalist so they work as if they were a single mod!

It ensures that anything dependent on the removed items, mobs and blocks still works by redirecting those dependencies to the remaining equivalent items, mobs and blocks.
