simple fabric mod which animates the selected hotbar slot highlight when switching slots.

modmenu beta api notice the new build for minecraft 26.2 currently uses modmenu beta api (20.0.0-beta.3). this should not affect users at all. when stable versions release, i'll migrate to those.
