Changes the default Minecraft title screen size from 44 to 64 px so you can add text under it with texture packs

the problem is that Minecraft hard codes the bounds for the texture to 44px height...
THIS MOD FIXES IS FOR GOOD making the bound height to 64px (exactly what is needed for the bottom text)
WITH ABILITY TO CHANGE IT IN CONFIG FILES
