More Cartography Tables

by LieOnLion · on Modrinth

Cartography Tables for every kind of wood. Free Minecraft Java mod for 26.1, 26.1.1-rc-1, 26.1.1.

Which Minecraft do you have?

Every version of the game needs its own build. Pick yours, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game. This mod is built for Fabric only.

⬇ Download for 26.1–26.2⬇ Download for 1.21.4–1.21.11⬇ Download for 1.21.2–1.21.3⬇ Download for 1.21–1.21.1⬇ Download for 1.20.5–1.20.6⬇ Download for 1.20.4⬇ Download for 1.20.1
I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

More Cartography Tables

Fill your builds with colourful map-making now that each wood type has its own cartography table.

A Cartographer from a desert village in front of his collection of all 12 Cartography Table variants with each having fitting More Torch Variants hanging over it.

Adding 11 new Cartography Tables to Minecraft.

How can I craft vanilla Cartography Tables using modded wood types from Biomes o' Plenty, [Let's Do] mods, and others? Unfortunately, the vanilla Cartography Table crafting recipe has to be overridden for the crafting of the variants to function.

But usually these mods add their wood types to the Vanilla recipe, which creates a conflict. Fortunately, there is also a fairly easy way around this issue.

That is what the "More Compatibility Variants" are for:
These datapacks/mods resolve this issue across all of our "More X Variants" mods, so you can craft cartography tables and other vanilla items/blocks just as you would expect.

Currently available More Compatibility Variants:
 - Biomes o' Plenty
 - [Let's Do] Meadow, (Nether)Vinery, Beachparty and Blooming Nature
 - Nature's Spirit
 - Oh The Biomes We've Gone

Would you like to see support for another mod with custom wood types? Let me know via Discord, GitHub, or E-Mail!

Compatible with Quad 1.3.0+'s block replacement:

Peeking out from a Cartographer's house onto a Farm of a Desert Village: We can see that instead of a Dark Oak Cartography Table, an Oak Torch and a regular Composter, the game now generates the village with a Jungle Cartography Table, a Jungle Torch (from More Torch Variants) and a Jungle Composter (from More Composter Variants).
