(Note: to distinguish your Minecraft health points from the hit points you receive in the gamble, I will use the term “in-game hit points” for the gamble hit points, and “HP” for Minecraft health points)
You have stumbled upon a weird tavern as you adventure from home. As you step inside, you notice that countless vex-like creatures are staring at you. Surrounded by their high-pitched screams, you find yourself in front of a gambling table. Although you have never seen this table before, you seem to understand the rules of the game. As the game starts, both sides will take a single point of their Max HP* as wager. Hope you can make it out of the tavern alive…
Rules:
There will be multiple mini-TNTs on the table, each filled with gunpowder or redstone. You will be informed of the total amount of each type of the TNTs at the start of the each round.
In your turn, after using your items, you can send the TNT to your opponent or keep it to yourself and take your chances. Unless you have sent a redstone-filled TNT to yourself, in which case you get to continue your turn, your opponent's turn begins.
Mini-TNTs filled with redstone dust won’t blow up. However, ones filled with gunpowder will. If you or your opponent receive a primed TNT filled with gunpowder, you will lose one in-game hit point* unless the gunpowder item was used.
Once all of the TNTs has been activated, a new array of TNTs will be presented, repeating infinitely until a player loses all their in-game hit points*.
Once either of the player loses all their HP, a new round starts. The current items you own will not be cleared, and both sides will be assigned new max in-game hit points*.
Best of 3 round wins, taking the combined wager. (2 Points of Max HP*)
Items: Items could be used at the start of your turn, before you click on the mini-TNT. Each item has its own use. Wisely utilize each item could result in an easier victory.
- Fishing Rods: Allows you to use one of your opponent’s non-fishing rod item.
- Spyglass: When used, will inform you of the current TNT type.
- Spider Webs: Skips your opponent’s next turn. (Currently glitchy, but fair)
- Apples: Will recover, if any, one LOST in-game hit point*. (Won’t exceed health limit)
- Potatoes: Have a 40% chance of recovering 2 lost in-game hit points* (similar to Apples), and a 60% chance of losing one of your in-game hit point*. (Does not decrease health limit)
- Observer: Reveals the type of one of the future (not current) TNTs
- Piston: Once activated, removes the current TNT and reveals its type to both players. (Currently very glitchy)
- Gunpowder ITEM: Increases the damage of the current TNT by 1 IF it is filled with gunpowder.
- Black Dye: Once activated, inverts the current TNT type. For example, gunpowder TNTs will become redstone TNTs, vice versa.
