End Rod Full Block Hitbox

This mod changes the collision shape of the End Rod block in Minecraft so that it behaves like a full, solid block instead of its default thin rod shape. This means players and other entities can walk on top of an end rod normally, just like standing on any other solid block, while the block still looks exactly like a regular end rod visually. No other behavior of the end rod (light emission, redstone interaction, etc.) is changed.
