Photoptics Mod 1.12.2, 1.11.2 (Telescopes and Binoculars)
Photoptics Mod 1.12.2, 1.11.2 adds Optical Instruments to Minecraft, like telescopes. Currently it adds Basic Binoculars and Basic Handheld Telescope.
