Stop Sulfur Cubes Spawning

This addon prevents the spawning of Sulfur Cubes (Sulfur Cubes that have already existed will remain). This is done due to these mobs often spawning in excessive amounts within inaccessible regions which may cause log on lower scale servers/clients
