Sirak is a legendary dragon that will now inhabit the biomes of Plains, Forests, and Extreme Hills in Minecraft with the Skyveil Wyverns mod. After defeating the monster you can get a spawn egg for a small dragon, which hatches in 3 minutes. You'll be able to tame the dragon and even fly on it.
