ManaCube — is it up right now?

SkyBlock, Parkour and Islands; over 20 gamemodes on one 1.21 network. I've been pinging play.manacube.com:25565 every ten minutes since October 11, so everything below is something I measured, not something they told me.

Paste it exactly as it is — no http:// in front. Phones like to add one; Minecraft answers “Invalid server address” to it. Minecraft also asks for a Server Name: that is only a label in your own list, so type anything — “ManaCube” does fine.

What I actually know

• 1,440 people are playing there right now.
• It's busiest around 19:00 UTC and quietest around 06:00 UTC.
• It answered 96.2% of my checks over a week.
• The longest it stayed down in one go was 40 minutes, on October 17.
• The most I've ever seen there is 1,521 players, on October 18.

When people actually play there

Average players by hour, over the last 14 days. Times are UTC.

How to join from your phone

1. Copy the address above.
2. Open Minecraft, tap Play, then the Servers tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Add Server.
4. Name it anything, paste play.manacube.com as the address, port 25565.

Note the port — 25565, not the usual 19132. Miss it and the server just won't show up.

In short

• Free to join. All you need is Minecraft itself.
• Modes: skyblock, parkour, survival.
• Chat there is mostly in English.
• The server itself sits in North America.

Others a bit like it

• DonutSMP 35,928 online
• DonutSMP 35,879 online
• Hypixel 33,607 online
• The Hive (NA) 19,727 online
• The Hive 19,716 online
• The Hive (EU) 19,712 online

This server isn't mine — I only list it, and its chat, rules and staff are its own. What I can vouch for is the measuring: one packet every ten minutes, and if it goes quiet for half an hour it drops off the list by itself.
