Look for a feature on the supported items list and equip or hold it once you’ve found it:

Support Items:

On a picker menu, each feature has four levels of customizability.

To pick an option from a menu, you must first do the action listed above the item.

Option 1 would be triggered by punching, whereas option 2 would be triggered by sneaking.

This will be present in each selector menu and can be turned off by simply unplugging the supported item.
