Skanfjord

This was the 4th attempt on creating these type of landscapes, it took 3 days from start to finish. Starting with real world terrain, eroding and modeling it, coloring and adjusting. All the way back to a complete custom approach with MultiFractal nodes setups and custom erosion setups to create long hangings, deep cliffs and rough terrain on the flats.

📀 This map was one of the first attempts to figure out the style and the general rules of Norwegian styled maps, but its to long ago to tell what all has been done, probly a new node tree, snowmaps introdruction and grass styles

initial session of about multiple hours, but has been build on node structure that took around multiple h of development + multiple h of rendering

  Yes, they are enhanced default tree’s and assets I made.

  These are adventure maps, survival maps, creative maps for you to build, play and explore. For my part, i gain new techniques and experience with every new map, building on that for the next and making map by map better maps.
