This doesn't feel quite nostalgic enough.
Have you tried using it with the old textures? It's available free on the minecraft marketplace!
What is this, and why is it small?
What is a map template?:
How do I get this in my game?
- Go to the .zip file and change .zip to .mctemplate. After, it should look something like: "tutone.mctemplate," instead of" "tutone.zip."
- Open that file. If all goes well, and it should, minecraft bedrock will open and install the map.
- Enjoy the Nostalgia.
Sorry, but this map is not usable in Java Edition. You'll have to find a different resource, or somehow transform it.
Does this map have any bugs?:
What's with the "TU#"
How did you make a template?
It's hard to explain, so here's what to do:
- Go to the file you've downloaded.
- change the .mctemplate extension to .zip.
- take a look at the manifest, preferrably in visual studio or VSCode.
- If you're trying to make your own, probably copy the manifest to your map, and change the name, description, and the uuids.
- You can test it by doing step two backwards, (after zipping your map), or keeping your map in this folder: C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\world_templates\
Quick facts
- Edition: Minecraft Bedrock
- File type: .mcworld
- How to install: Download the .mcworld file. → Open it — Minecraft imports it as a new world. → Find it in your Worlds list and play.
- Where to get it: In MCModsHub, or directly above on this page.
Install steps are the general flow for this file type — How to install Minecraft Bedrock maps walks through it step by step.
Verified by MCModsHub
- Save it as 191787.mcworld before opening — it downloads as .zip, but it is a .mcworld pack
- Complete pack — everything it depends on is inside the file
- Download size: 10.4 MB
- Download link checked 19 Aug 2026 — working
- Mirrored on our own servers — the download does not depend on the original host
These come from our own check of the pack file, not from the source page.
