Download the .zip file, unzip it and put the folder in this folder (on Windows 10):
C: \ Users \ Name of User \ AppData \ Local \ Packages \ Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe \ LocalState \ games \ com.mojang \ minecraftWorlds
Don't forget to replace the "Name of User" with your username.
