Внутри вас ждет уютный двор с тероасами, зонами отдыха, бассейном, а также детскими и спорт площадкой. 4 Дома переменной этажности, один из них - доминанта на 10 этажей с двухуровневыми квартирами, кафе, садом и видом на будущий город. Также сквозные входные группы в основных, и подъезды на 2 этажа уже ждут тебя в квартале Деко!

THE DECO Apartment complex
The quiet, club quarter "Deco" is the first quarter in the city of Varskva. It is a modern quarter with developed infrastructure and good architecture. Inside you will find a cozy courtyard with terraces, recreation areas, a swimming pool, as well as children's and sports grounds. There are 4 Houses of variable storeys, one of them is a 10-storey dominant with duplex apartments, a cafe, a garden and a view of the future city. There are also through entrances to the main ones, and entrances to 2 floors are already waiting for you in the Deco quarter!
